"Abuse":
Some SWL's try to get QSL cards by 'abusing'
DX-Cluster info.
They don't really hear a station, but pick all the QSO
info from a DX-Cluster! This is not very fair I think.....
If you send me a SWL card, make sure you really heard
me, I compare the info on SWL cards with the info of
the DX-Summit database.
Cards with info picked from a DX-Cluster are returned
to the sender!
I have been a SWL for years, so I know a lot of hams
don't answer SWL-cards. I do answer SWL cards, but
only if the SWL really heard me, so don't try to cheat
me!
If you hear me in a contest, put 2 or more stations I
worked on your card, that way you will convince me you
really heard me!
